Nothing that I didn't like.

This hotel is situated on a busy road, however, the noise level is not too high. the rooms are big and well lit, with clean and spacious bathrooms. the pool is gorgeous and quiet during the weekdays. the staff is friendly and helpful, they even provide towels for the pool and offered to make restaurant reservations.

The food is not up to scratch.

We were pleasantly surprised by a free upgrade to a room with a beautiful sea view. the hotel even provided complimentary transportation to the beach. the staff, including Svetla, Stefan, Nicola, and Mira. the food in the restaurant was absolutely delicious, and we appreciated the lovely birthday surprise. the spacious and cozy room, along with the nice swimming pool, added to the overall positive experience. the hotel's architecture and design were impressive, and the presence of a playground for kids was a nice touch. The friendly and professional staff, as well as the great facilities, made our stay truly enjoyable. Cons: Nothing to be said. 👍.
